Rachel, optometric assistant/medical billing

Rachel is the newest face here at Palmer Family Eye Care.  During your visit to the office you may see Rachel at the front desk, during your pretesting, or if you require special testing, such as a visual field or HRT.  She has been with the office since February 2012 coming from an extensive medical billing background, both in large and small private practices.  Since her hire, the office has nearly completed the transition to electronic records, and Rachel's flexibility and willingness to learn has certainly eased the transition.
